I’ve taken vegan classes with Christy. The raw portabella sandwich looks delicious. I wish you could show how to make the nutbased sauce or tell what it is made of. Also, it cut off about how to make raw mayo. By the way, I loved the song you sang. Wish I could hear it everytime I ate.
