Raw Vegan Portabella Sandwich with Rawsheed
You’re gonna love this!
I’m on a semi-cleanse, nothing too restrictive, just hoping to get off sugar and processed foods, while eating more veggies, raw foods, and juicing more. I already made the commitment to my health and happiness over 9 years ago when I went vegan. So I don’t feel like I need to do a restrictive cleanse…
August Cooking Tool of the Month – Dehydrator This month we feature the dehydrator. What better tool to feature in the dead of summer? I was hoping by now that I would have purchased an Excalibur and would have delicious recipes to share with you. But alas it isn’t in the budget for a new…

Do I buy the local produce from Whole Foods that is conventional, or do I buy the organic produce that has been shipped in? I posed this question…
I’ve taken vegan classes with Christy. The raw portabella sandwich looks delicious. I wish you could show how to make the nutbased sauce or tell what it is made of. Also, it cut off about how to make raw mayo. By the way, I loved the song you sang. Wish I could hear it everytime I ate.
Thanks,
Alanna
