Raw Vegan Portabella Sandwich with Rawsheed
You’re gonna love this!
I noticed a few weeks ago that spaghetti squash popped up at the Santa Monica Co-op. I was ecstatic! This squash is SO versatile. It easily substitutes for noodles in any recipe. This recipe below is super tasty, but not low in fat. Sorry to my friends who are trying to do low fat/no oil….
I've become to epitome of blog slacker. Part of it I think is that I don't have much to say, or I say it all on Facebook and Twitter and then I don't feel like expanding upon the 140 characters. Do you ever feel like our digital interweb world makes us less connected, more…
I’m not participating in Vegan Mofo this year because it would be too hard for me while I’m traveling around, but thought I would do this VeganMoFo survey that is floating around! Who doesn’t love surveys!? And since most of you are experiencing cooler weather I thought I’d share one of my favorite comforting drinks…
Hello blissful beings! Today is sort of a special day to me. It marks the 2 year anniversary of the release of my cookbook Blissful Bites: Vegan Meals That Nourish Mind, Body, and Planet. I’m very proud of this book and it remains a timeless addition to the many wonderful vegan cookbooks available today. I…
I've noticed over the last year that vegans are getting a bad rep in the press and all over the internet. Recently, this LA Times article touts how vegans eat junk and are not healthy. This cake from Leinana of Vegan Good Things makes my mouth water! Hopefully I will be able to squeeze out a dessert recipe for you too before the month is…
I’ve taken vegan classes with Christy. The raw portabella sandwich looks delicious. I wish you could show how to make the nutbased sauce or tell what it is made of. Also, it cut off about how to make raw mayo. By the way, I loved the song you sang. Wish I could hear it everytime I ate.
Thanks,
Alanna
