Taking a flight to Asia is a daunting task. Sitting on a plane for more than 6 hours makes me uncomfortable just thinking about it. Try 18 hours! Thankfully on both my trips to Asia I took Korean Air. And they made it the most enjoyable flight I could have ever imagined. My first experience…
I'm so excited to watch tomorrow's Dr. Oz show with some of my favorite people featured: Dr. Neal Barnard of the PCRM, Rip Esselstyn from The Engine 2 Diet, Caldwell Esselstyn and T. I’ve taken vegan classes with Christy. The raw portabella sandwich looks delicious. I wish you could show how to make the nutbased sauce or tell what it is made of. Also, it cut off about how to make raw mayo. By the way, I loved the song you sang. Wish I could hear it everytime I ate.
Thanks,
Alanna
